Coke or Pepsi?

When we re-launched the fabulous new Coke or Pepsi site design last October we included a working iPod featuring Stefani Scovolo’s Date With New York City.

We received such wonderful feedback about the iPod and the music over at Coke-or-Pepsi.com that we decided to feature a full-blown media player filled with several song choices. We have been hard at work building the full-featured media player and talking to independent artists who were willing to share some of their music.

You can still toggle the music on and off by clicking the pause button located on the bottom of the click wheel, but now you can access more music by more really talented artists by clicking on the display screen or on the button in the center of the click wheel!

Maybe you’ve noticed that our Coke or Pepsi? website features music in the iPod and that you can toggle the music on and off by clicking the center circle of the click wheel. And, maybe, you’ve written to ask us about the music you hear there. Lots of you have!

While working on the new Coke or Pepsi? website plans last fall, Mickey Gill knew he wanted to have an iPod that played real music. We went looking and decided to feature a song called, Date with New York City.

We weren’t sure who was singing, but we used the tune anyway because we loved it, and we thought Coke or Pepsi? fans would love it, too. And we were right. A lot of you are writing to ask us about that song. You want to know who sings it and where you can buy it.
