$1.⁹⁹ Flat-Rate Shipping in the U.S.

As part of our commitment to direct and personal customer service, we're pleased to offer our $1.⁹⁹ flat-rate shipping fee for all orders shipped to locations within the continental United States. When you purchase our books directly from us, we're able to offer you this low, fixed-rate shipping rate on any single order. No matter what you order, or how much you order, you still pay a $1.⁹⁹ for the entire order via the US Postal Service's Media Mail and generally take 6 to 8 business days to arrive.

$4.⁹⁹ Flat-Rate Shipping to Canada

Orders are shipped to Canada for a flat-rate fee of $4.⁹⁹ per order. Again, no matter how many books you order, the entire order is shipped to any Canadian address for the one, flat-rate shipping and handling fee.

$35.⁰⁰ Flat-Rate Shipping for International Orders

Due to customer requests, we've recently expanded our shipping options to include the following countries as well: Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, England, France, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, UAE, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Orders can be shipped to these countries for a flat-rate of $35.⁰⁰.

You may elect to pay for your order via PayPal's online payment processing services. If you're familiar with PayPal, you'll enjoy that we've taken the trouble to fully integrate this payment option within the shopping cart so that while you are taken to PayPal's secure payment gateway, you'll end up right back here!

Google Checkout Orders

You may elect to pay for your order via Google's online payment processing services, called Google Checkout. If you're familiar with Google Checkout, you'll enjoy that we've taken the trouble to fully integrate this payment option within the shopping cart so that while you are taken to Google's secure payment gateway, you'll end up right back here!

Snail Mail Checks & Money Orders:

Web site orders which choose to make payment by check or money order are held for receipt of payment. When you select this payment option, you'll need to print your invoice and send it (along with your check or money order) to the address provided. Once the payment is received your order will be shipped out on Wednesday or Friday and should arrive to you within 4 to 6 days via the USPS. It is our general policy to wait until a personal check arrives and clears the bank before shipping orders paid by personal check. Selecting the payment option of "check or money order" represents acceptance of these terms.
