Ever wonder what our lives would be like without music? Music is what you listen to when you’re happy or when you’re feeling blue. Music can make you smile, laugh, and cry.

Every movie has music in it. Every party has music at it. Music is part of our everyday lives: clock radio, tv, car radio, phone ringtone!

Music is everywhere.

Think about all the amazing instruments which create each melody — the piano, the guitar, the drums, the saxophone, the clarinet.

Our favorite artists start their careers with instruments. Lady Gaga started out playing the piano and singing. I used to take piano lessons. When I was younger my mother made me. I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t love it either. Oh how I wish I never stopped. If I hadn’t stopped I would now be able to play my favorite song, all by myself!
