My Best Year is packed with lots of great sections including: Journal Entries, Days in the Life of, Months in Review, Top 10 Lists of the Year, and Coke or Pepsi Questions to ask your friends, of course.
The book also includes a matching sticker sheet to personalize the cover of your autobiography and features a ribbon page holder so you’ll never lose your place!

my best year the new coke or pepsi the fill in the blanks of your life is kind of confusing do you only do 1 or so a day bcuz it says like month 9 and everything.

@Z03: You don’t have to do one entry per day. You can write in the book whenever you want! My Best Year is meant to be a way to record your year, any year, starting at any month you choose. There are sections that can be filled in at will (such as the ‘A Little About Me’ section) and sections where you can write whatever you feel like writing whenever you feel like writing it (such as the ‘Journal’ section).
There are also pages that are meant to be filled in on specific days such as the ‘It’s My Birthday’ section on pages 20 and 21. You’d simply want to record your next birthday on those pages.
In the ‘A Month in the Life’ section you noted above, it really is up to you how you want to use those pages. The first month, on page 38, doesn’t have to be January! It’s simply the first month you choose to record. So if it’s February of 2009, you’d simply note that in the blank space provided for the month. Then you’d make another entry, maybe sometime in March of 2009, on the next page of that section which says “Month no. 2.”
And let’s say you hear a song on the radio over and over until you grow to despise it. Take a moment to record that thought on page 115 in ‘The Worst of the Worst!’ list. Or maybe you saw a video on YouTube that really rocked! Record that in the ‘The Best of the Best’ list on page 114.
The thing to remember here is that My Best Year (and really all of the Coke or Pepsi? books and Keyhole Diaries) are meant to be whatever you want them to be. Use the guidelines and prompts if you wish to and if not, record whatever you want to record however you want to record it through writing, drawing, pasting, etc. right inside your book.
I have coke-or-pepsi 3…………………………….I just got it today I only got a few people to write in the book…………………………But let’s go back to my best year my year 2009 has been going a little well ……………..Also a lot of b-day my sisters b-day is coming up…………………….Also my dads b-day……………Also my bigger sisters b-day my life is flying a little good
today i also wrote in my book but i let other people write in it too but i got a ?Question?…….do yall out there let others but don’t let the other people see it? please write back …………………… Also thats a great idea for u if u have book…………i know not all of u like to do that…….but all i’m trying to say here is that u can if u want to

Is this book or any of the coke or pepsi books availible in bookstores in other countries?? Or will they be availible in the scholastic bookfair for august 2009? I’m asking because i got More coke or pepsi through scholastic and i live in asia and would like more.
@Nan Nan: I’m afraid they’re not in bookstores in Asia at this time. I’ve looked on Amazon.com but there aren’t any copies available there. You might try ordering a copy from Barnes & Noble.
My Best Year should be available in the August 2009 Scholastic Book Fair as well.
i ? this book, i filled out almost everything the day i got it. hahahah
awesome. i got the coke or pepsi 3 tday and i got like 4 people to fill it out
well i liked the first part when your suppose to fillin every day but it got kinda confusing because it finished really fast and started with every month but its really cool just hard to understand
@polly: We’re sorry that you found parts of it confusing – it really is meant to be used however you see fit. The “day in the life of” section isn’t necessarily meant to be tackled every day (there aren’t 365 pages in that section) but rather meant to highlight some of your best days of the year. The birthday pages (20 & 21) are meant to make notes about your birthday, the journal entries section is a total free-for-all, and a “month in the life of” section is meant to follow you through an entire year at a glance…
Obviously you can make notes however and wherever you wish! It’s YOUR book and the idea is to have a fun record of one of your best years.

i like coke or pepsi. i think it is a great way to get to know ur friends evan better.i think that people should not look at what other people wrote.thats what all my friends do.i think my best year can be kind of confusing. i cant wait to see what the top secret new coke or pepsi stuff is.i also really want the new posters.
